for Ballback, Inc.

The original manufacturer of the Ballback® basketball return has experienced great successes over the years, securing a long term and highly successful licensing agreement to Huffy Sports early in the development of the company. The Ballback sold very successfully for many years under the Huffy brand, as the Back-Atcha® Basketball Return. When the licensing agreement ended, the owner and inventor of the product decided to improve the product, and manufacture and sell the Ballback Pro. Ballback Inc. secured the services of Envision Sales & Marketing in 2009 to replace an existing sales team. Assuming complete responsibility for the sales for Ballback, Envision Sales & Marketing re-tooled the existing marketing collateral for each of the products within the Ballback line, created new pricing strategies with adequate margins and developed new promotions for first-time customers. Within just two months, Envision Sales & Marketing had re-organized the small and underperforming outside sales force - growing the organization to over 30 reps selling into 300 targeted retail accounts across the US and Canada.

In addition, the Ballback line has been presented to Wholesale Clubs including BJ's Wholesale and Price Smart, offering special club packs developed by Envision Sales & Marketing. The company's current growth strategy includes securing additional retail partners to create a stronger position in the marketplace, and then begin to again approach potential licensees. Envision Sales & Marketing is working closely with the network of sales reps to offer compelling programs in effort to add a few more major retailers to the customer repertoire for Ballback. ESM will then assist the company in presenting the product line to strategically targeted companies that are positioned to succeed with the product as their own brand.
